im looking into a new monitor 23-24in ive kinda picked these 2 out one is way cheaper than the other but they look the same other than the cheaper one has a hdmi output http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/...,28794~0~764682&s=dhs&prods=320-7345,320-1070
Id easily go for the more expensive if you have the budget. The first doesnt even have a dvi output. Whats your main use? Gaming or video editing etc?

You need to use the edit button. As for the monitors, the newest one you linked to look pretty amazing! I certainly would get the SP2309W if I had the money! If your not really into gaming, then a resolution 1080 would be good since your dealing with video, and I would assume HD video in todays world.
just ordered the SP2309W the 2410 model i was gonna get but it had a white back to it. looked crappy and cheap
Not like your really going to see the back but like I said no reason not to go for the 2309 if you have the budget. Im quite jealous. I have a Dell2208WFP. Going to to a 22 inch from a 19 inch monitor was a major change for me. Took some getting used to. I almost returned it. But after a few hours of use I adjusted and now I love it!
I'm also planning to upgrade my monitor to 22 or 23" and I think I'd go with the SP2309W but never tried using Dell monitors before. For a budget ranging from $300 - $400, what monitor would you guys recommend? SPAM removed
well i got it installed and useing it now... wow is this thing huge. i love it. the higher resolution is unreal. i cant wait to actually try a movie on it. i dont watch movies on my computer but i wil try this once..lol
Actually i think 1200 is good both gaming and video. Second problem, possibly, is its 25 inches not 22 or 23. Third, its got alot of features that are probably not needed driving the cost up. Fourth, this is the reason i told the guy top make him own thread. We dont know his needs and his needs probably differ from the ops needs.
