Which one to buy? Pro or Lite

    I am trying to decide which chip to buy. The executer pro or lite. Both Solderless versions. What is the main benifit with the pro? And the main draw back with lite? Also interms of flashing the chip is the lite version one-time only flashing or can it be reflashed?
