    9600 LE:

    GPU Clock Speed 325 MHz
    RAMDAC Speed 400 MHz
    Installed Memory 256 MB
    Memory Tech DDR SDRAM
    Memory Data Width 128-bit
    Pipeline Engines 4 Pipeline Engines
    Fill Rate 1.3 Gpixels

    9800 Pro:

    GPU Clock Speed 380 MHz
    RAMDAC Speed 340 MHz
    Installed Memory 128 MB
    Memory Tech DDR SDRAM
    Memory Data Width 256-bit
    Pipeline Engines 8 Pipeline Engines
    Fill Rate 3.04 Gpixels

9800 Pro's memory speed may be slower, but the engine clock is faster. Also is 256 bit and has 4 more pipes. I would go with the 9800 Pro. Nephilim has that card and he's never complained about it.
