Why Did I get suspended twice?

    Hey guys i got suspended twice for something about my sig. I have taken it off because i want to be safe and not be suspended again, but this is how it looks on my screen:

    I don't know whats wrong with it that i keep on getting suspended for it. I ACTAULLY pulled this banner off of THIS SITE! It was being advertised on top one night and i just took it.

    well i see that Admins have reinstated you; fine, but you know full well why you were suspended ie re ignoring my requests re your signature.

    Starting this thread in an irrelevant forum isn't a good (re)start. Please ensure your sig stays within spec, that AnyDVD gif was huge. both in pixel size and physical size.
