why is nero taking 6 hours plus to brun

    i have tryed to burn a dvd using nero 7 but it is taking 6 hours plus dose anyone know what i am doinh wonrg

    If the burner is connected to an IDE channel, the DMA may be off.
    This causes the burner to read and write very slowly.
    Run the Nero Info Tool, select the 'Configuration' tab and check the DMA.
