Because we have jobs and the games provide a temporary release from the reality that is life. otherwise, we play to compete; compete with ourselves our friends and people we don't know...just compete. Why do you post nonsense on forums...isn't it better to get a job?

Well, some people get a job to play games, like World of Warcraft, my friens are getting a job for this game, i might be too
i have a job to live - has nothing at all to do with games i pay because its like an escape - it takes your mind of of things the same reason i read and write and the same reason im reading this crappy thread
