ok i just installed my x3 modchip and for some reason the 3rd and 4th controller ports do not work. can anyone help me with this or is this a result of the chip
Did you make sure they're plugged in? As in, are the daughterports plugged into the motherboard like they're supposed to be? It's not a result of the chip... I'm guessing that you completely removed the motherboard from the casing and just forget to plug something back in.
ok well im not the one who stuck thechip in my xbox, so u think u cld get me a diagram or something, to show wtf im doin.
Just check to see if anything's unplugged. Can't really give you a diagram of what to look for. It should be fairly straight forward. You may want to look for damage as well. Alternatively, just bring it to whoever chipped it for you and have them fix it since it worked before they worked on it.
