Will a PAL DVD work on a NTSC country’s PC and if not how can I convert it to NTSC?

    I made a DVD for a client and we use PAL in our country. He wants to send it to USA and countries with NTSC. Will this DVD work on their PCs?

    It has a menu and everything. Is there a way to change the whole DVD to NTSC without reediting everything?

    As the PAL disk works on the PC in the PAL country, so it will work on a PC in an NTSC region.

    Thank you.
    I trust that the info is accurate, seeing that my client will be sending a lot of these DVD's to his clients in NTSC countries.
    If it does not work I will have to pay the damages.
