I was going to buy some 90 minutes discs but the website I was going to buy from said its best to check to see if my writer is capable of this first. I checked the manual that came with the writer but it does not mention this.

    Hey

Yes the Pioneer 105 will burn 90 Minute CD's.

All you have to do is Enable Overburn in the Burning Software you are using... eg Nero.

    If you have Nero

    Open Nero Burning Rom
Click File -> Preferences -> Expert (Tab)
Now click on the little box next to Enable Overburn and under Maxmium length put 90 minutes, that will allow you to burn the full 90 minutes on the CD.

    Regards
    CoZZa
