Will not go away

Hi to all. Have Windows XP Prof. Also have latest McAfee 8 Antivirus with ALL it,s latest updates, also have NO retore points.
I have "W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g" in my Windows System32, McAfee has deleted it nine times. I go onto Windows, scan it, McAfee picke up and deletes the worm, then after using the computer for a short while it goes very slow or freezes.If I can get into Windows and scan it again, the worm is back.
Your help would be great.

Restart > F8 > safe mode > delete

I see this happen to often in McAffee. Not with this specific worm but with many others. But you didn't know. Well heres is how to get rid of it. Just scroll down to where it says removal instructions.
