win 7 pro action center

    How do I prevent, disable and/or completely remove the win 7 pro action center? Despite the correct settings incorrect warnings appear randomly while trying to watch videos. Only way to remove the full sized page is to restart desktop.

    click and open the action center.there will be an option with each message to not show anymore.

    never seen that full size unless I accessed it full size.
