I have win dvd 7 and when i install it i get a beautiful picture but the sound is nothing but static. Can this be fixed and is there a program that can repair a dvd that is deep scratched? thanks in advance!
hey try using the audio settings, and the audio centre when u right click on the window of WinDVD. Stuff around with the settings. or maybe update ur sound card drivers... try toothpaste on ur scratch DVDs.. just rub it in, let it dry for about a minute, then buff it off with a lint free cloth.. this works depeneding on the scratches...
