Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read this.

Here is the problem as it stands, and as I understand it.

Two pc's in my house are now infected with a varient of WIN32. I am not sure which varient.

I know I need to get you guys a copy of the "Hijack this" log, but am unsure if I will be able to for these reasons.

The virus has created itself a user identity, which has blocked my acess to many functions, such as the controll panel, start>run or the task manager via ctrl alt del.

These problems persist in safe mode.

Searching for or downloading any new anti virus applications is a no go.

I have AVG, and it can find many peices of WIN 32, but it cannot remove many of them, as it has hidden itself in critical system procceses.

I managed to get myself a peice of software designed specificaly to remove win 32, however at the last step it freezes, im assuming due to win32....great eh?

I am inexperienced in altering registry files myself, and to bring in the pc would be an expense Im not sure I can manage atm.

Doing some reading I am under the impressing that Hijack this and help from you guys is my best bet, yet I am unsure how to get hijack to run on the infected pcs, considering I essentialy have no internet acess, and cant manage to run programs to their full potential.

Currently I am working on an unaffected laptop to troubleshoot.

Any help would be really apreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this as well.
