when I use winavi to convert a file to mpeg the picture comes out great but there is no sound. I'm using winavi5.7. Can anyone give me any idea why this is happening? thanks Mar
First, try uninstalling and then reinstalling winavi. If it still doesn't work, try using a different program to convert and see if the same thing happens. I would use Blaze Media Pro 5.11.
