winavi problem

i installed winavi om computer and encounted the following problem.
when i start the program the winavi screen comes up and then shuts down the program anybody else had this problem (winavi v6.3)

 

I think i had the same problem as you. the program crashed and it didn't close properly so each time i went to it, it kept closing.
After restarting it went back to normal.
Are you saying it closes as soon as you open it or as soon as you start to convert something?

either there is a missing file or a conflict but cant find anything
to say which

 

If you had a previous version of it, did you uninstall it properly?

 

found the problem the real media dll was the cause thanks for the
support
