I just bought a PC from Dell. It came with 40gb and i reinstalled an operating system in the new 160gb hard drive. It played fine before I reinstalled an operating system. I put SVCD movie in my dvd ram, and I was able to go to Window Media Player screen, It was just blank at the center of the screen. I clicked on Play, and it won't play at all. Please Help me out with this. I called DELL CSR, they didn't know what to do. Thanks in advance.

I just installed a CYBERLINK Power DVD from dell, It stilll won't work. The window media player popped up, and it was just blank at the center of the screen. It plays fine when I installed Divx or Xvid.

Do I need to reinstall my operating system?(Corrupt)_X_X_X_X_X_[small]Rudi.[/small]
