Got into this weird situation where my Windows 10 laptop complains that "You're not up to date" and also that "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes". But, once I hit the Check for updates button, nothing to download shows up - and the complaint about my laptop being out of date still stays there.
I had same problem try this. you will want to click the top update now button on page Windows 10 November 2019 Update https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
