Windows 98 issues

    I have a question, hopefully you can help me out. I have an older computer that I installed Windows 98 on. Well I had to replace the hard drive because of bad sectors. When I turned on my computer it did not complete the boot process, this is after replacing the drive and installing Windows 98 What do I need to do?

    does it freeze at a certain point or what??

    Yes it just freezes up

    but at what point does it freeze at, the post screen, the win logo screen or what

    reseat the ram & check in the bios that it sees the hd properly & not as the old hd
