windows doesnt even start

    When i go on my computer, at the start all it say is boot from cd.... Then it just stays like that. i cant go on my account. Ne1 can help me?

    p.s imma on other computer right now

    yes and no.

    When i put the cd i can try to reinstall windows but if i dont have it it just says boot from cd and stays like that
