My laptop was acting up recently, for some reason everything from my desktop was missing after a reboot. I messed with this problem for a while and then decided to reinstall the operating system. The reinstall was going fine and I was loading windows updates and had to restart after the updates were finished. After restarting I got a blue screen and this message: STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error } The windows SubSystem system process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0xc0000006 (0x75ea6852 0x0052f69c). The system has been shut down. Since recieving this message I have tried to reinstall the os with the boot disk but nothing happens, just loads right to the blue screen. If anyone could give me any help I would appreciate. Thanks.
