I tried to disable my windows firewall and i cant. The problem is that when i try to click on the off button for the firewall it wont allow me to click it. It is just a shaded gray and i cant click on anything but the allow exceptions button. I uninstalled all problem that could have been the problem of not allowing me to access my windows firewall and still the same problem. I need to know what can i do to access my windows firewall and turn it off
I'm pretty sure that if you install your own firewall(which you should) like ZoneAlarm, it will turn off the Windows firewall automatically. Then you could turn ZoneAlarm, or whatever you used, off.
