hi all just recently I have been getting this annoying little window come up as soon as it gets to the desk top this little window comes up and I have to keep on pressing cancel some times it takes 10 mins or so it says windows installer...preparing to install any ideas please
This problem occurs when you have not properly installed something. To fix your problem Download Microsoft installer clean up utility named msicuu: Download link That should fix your problem but if it doesn't you can reinstall the windows installer which you can download Here
thank you bunny prob solved I switched something off that I thought I didn't need to save space and that window started to appear I repaired the item in question and all is well It takes me a while to suss things out so I ask for the help of others as well thank you for your time
