Windows Live Messenger!!!!!

every time i sign in on windows live messenger it gets so far then just crashes i cant tlk 2 no1 plz help meeee!!!!!!!

 

Try running the instalation package and when it asks you to do something then choose repair, and run that.

i clicked on repair in all programs on add or remove programs but it still does it!!!

 

Well if your not admin then perhaps it would be a good idea to ask the admin to do it ??

 

Is WLM singing in? Or just staying in login mode (trying to login)? Mine somehow got corrupted and wouldnt login to my one acct but would my other 2.

Try

1. Click on START and RUN and type in REGEDIT and hit Enter.
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER, followed by Software , followed by Microsoft , followed by MSNMessenger and then Policies.
3. Select the Policies key and delete the entry.
4. Restart the machine and sign into Messenger again.

Or that doesnt work try RegEdit - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\Policies\contacts.msn.com and delete the contacts.msn.com registry key. Restart your PC and try loggin into WLM again
