Windows media center - odd folder problem

OK, in my media directory I have two folders "Road Warrior" and Warrior of the Lost World"

In my Windows Media Center Video Library it Show Road Warrior twice once with a box picture and once without. The other one has no picture.

Two question, how do I get Road Warrior to show only once, and how do I add a picture to Warrior.

Road Warrior is a full DVD rip, and Warrior is an MP4.

Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to put my entire DVD collection on my PC so I can throw all my DVDs in the closet.

Do you get a picture if you load the mp4 in the video library instead of the movie library?

 

if you right click on the file is there an edit title or edit info.i can think of 1 reason why it would show up twice,maybe its been added twice (once after you copied it to computer,once after you put it in a folder)
