I have always been able to use my player when not on the internet, but have not and still cannot play anything on the internet. I get an error message that says, "cannot play the file, if the file is on another computer verify that you are connected to another network. If you typed a path verify that it is correct" I have tried to uninstall my player and cannot. I have tried to go to tools and configure them to a second computer that my player works on, but still nothing. I have tried all the settings and still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions, please? Thanks.

Thanks everyone...solved my own problem and stupidly forgot to check the firewall. It seems to have something to do with just about every problem I have. Once I disabled it for a minute the player worked fine. Thanks for your suggestions....
