I tried to download wmp 11, but i get a problem installing it. I tried to uninstall it and go back to wmp 10 but to no avail. I tried everything and now i cannot run any music file. please help!!!!!
What was the problem that occurred when installing it? Did you download it from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx ?
Ok i finally fixed the problem by system restore. Truly this wmp 11 has been a mess for many users. i am glad i got rid of it. thanks
