I wasn't sure which forum to post this in. I don't know what happened but if I ever try watching a video in Windows Media Player, or Media Player Classic the picture is all messed up. The color is way off and the video has strange blocks all over. I don't know what caused this because videos were all playing fine on my PC until today. I don't know what to do to fix this. I updated my WMP but that didn't do it. It doesnt matter which file type it is, MPEG, AVI, DIVX etc all do it. The only video I can watch cleary are Quicktime videos, in the Quicktime program. Anyone have any ideas as far as replacing codecs, programs etc.?

It seems like your codecs are messed up. You should uninstall all codecs you've installed so far (DivX, xvid...) and install it again. This should help.
