can anyone help me. when my windows media player opens it opens off screen. i don't know how to correct this. it first happened when i had version 10, i downloaded version 11 and for about 1 week it was opening fine, but then it started opening off screen again. i have all microsoft updates so know that this is not the problem.
Do you have a video card that supports multiple monitors or tv output? I was just thinking that maybe that extension of your desktop is activated and windows media player keeps opening completely or partly on the extension.
