ok guys well i have a big problem here. when i try and open my windows media player it says this i tried reinstalling wmp still ended up saying this how do i fix it?? Next problem is when i go to start and click search this is what i get. I cant search nothing at all as shown in the below picture Help would be greatly appreciated guys thx in advance
This may sound like an extremely lame answer, but you can try reinstalling your OS to fix that. Or, you can try performing a 'repair install', and hope that works... BTW: I welcome to the real Windows XP! (I'm saying this from expericence)
hmm ya i guess i could try that i forgot u could do that.i dont wanna reinstall cpu cause i got a lot of files on it. Thx for the help. some more suggestions would be nice too.
Don't be confused. Reinstalling will NOT delete any of your files. Neither will the 'Repair Install' option do so.
