I used to be able to preview avi files in media player 10 i have xvid codec and divx codec. I have since rebooted my pc put everything back on i thought i had on there and now only a few files preview but when they have fully downloaded i can watch them is there a specific codec or setting i have to change
have you tried to use AC3 filter codec i use this and seems to work ok i have no problems viewing any avi files or divx/xvid
