Windows Media Won't Play any Videos

    My Windows Media 10 won't play any videos at all..I took it off and put it back on and still I can't see them. Help
    I don't have a CD Windows XP I bought my computer used. So I can't download windows media 11
    It also doesn't let me download my songs becuse windows Media isn't working right.
