TMPGenc Plus 2.5 has a free plugin which enables to load .MOV files to convert (and it can make MOV --> DVD).
It is a little difficult to use, I read.

What I found, on http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=TMPGEnc_Mov_Plugin, was to:

    1)Go to the environmental settings
2)Click on the VFAPI Plugin Tab
3)Right click on the quicktime movie reader plugin
4)Click Higher priority until It's the highest number on the list.
    5)Quit and restart tmpgenc
6)Load video you want convert and voila!

You must immediatly check that, on your settings, TMPGenc starts to make a M2V + WAV set, not a M2V only (video only, no audio).
