I am trying to create a dvd for my boyfriend´s birthday featuring clips of his favorite football club. I know I have to encode some clips, but that is not a problem, as I have found out how to do this with a bit of research. My main problem is getting Movie Maker to except some of the encoded files. When I encode without audio, I receive the message that the file is empty. When I encode with audio, I get great sound but no visual. It is driving me insane. I can´t afford to put top-of-the-line software on so I have to work with what I have. I need help jumping this hurdle. I have the rest in hand, but I need these files to complete my project. Thanks
u may want to try another editing program like CyberLink PowerDirector they have some free downoads on their site http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/products/main_4_ENU.html hope this helps also you may want to convert the files to another format and then encode them
