Pro has more administrative properties and settings.

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. It's a version of software/hardware that was specifically sold to a given customer/company which resells the product and provides support to that product. For example, if you buy a Dell computer with Windows XP on it, your support for Windows is provided by Dell, not Microsoft.

With what? If you want a new hard drive, go ahead and buy one! :)

Installing a hard drive with Windows already on it, is not a good idea. During installation of Windows to that hd, setup installed drivers to boot the machine Windows was installed with. Your best option for putting in a new hard drive is to do a new installation.

Call them. They will give you an activation key (not the same as your installation key) to put in to activate.
