Hi - I am looking for a free windows software that can import a MPEG video file and then edit it using the storyboard method. Basically, I have recorded TV show, would like to get rid of commercials and then burn DVD. I tried windows movie maker....it looked like it works on a small file. However, I can not save image back in the format needed for burning DVD.
