Windows update dowload

    For some reason, when I download the Windows Updates they fail. Up until last week everything was fine. I also am having a problem with my dvd burners....when I put a new disc in the drive ]I am told no disc in drive. WOW!!! H E L P PLEASE

    When they fail their should be a 'more details' tab. Give details of it, please.
