Ok ill get right down to it i have a paper due and windows xp home edition won't boot IT stays at the screen where it says windows xp home edition and there's a green bar going back and forth i was using it thismorning and turned it off with the power button before when i came back and turned it on it wouldn't work it just stays at the same screen i have to get this fixed before saturday any help would be great!
Yea that usually works for me if i need to get on the computer and it wont boot up.good luck and tell us how it goes
mine did the same thing the other day, i cleared the CMOS and it booted fine. so if your still having problems try that.
