i'm helping my friend with his computer. But after i've formatted his hard disk and the windows xp installation starts copying files, the installation always stops at 31% with the file drmclien.dll and then i get an error message wich asks to retry or continue. But with all the following files, i've got the same problem... the pc was delivered with windows XP home (Packard Bell) but now i'm installing my windows XP pro.
youve got a dodgy xp pro disc then id say. get another one or just reinstall home. theres not actually that much difference between home and pro. infact i read somewhere that there is something you can do to home to make it exactly the same as pro
