I recently reinstalled windows xp on my dell.The windows xp installation disc is a Dell OEM disc.I can install this disc on any Dell computer without activating it.However i keep getting popups from windows messenger service,If i disconnect from the internet,they stop all together.Usually in the past there stop after a few days,however this time,no luck.These popups say that my registry is bad and i need to go fix it..This is after a clean install.Anybody else have this problem.
