windows xp user accounts (please help)

    hi, i recently got windows xp and i was downloading some software, and it appears that everytime i download on my user account of the computer, the program also downloads on the other user accounts. I can't even delete a desktop icon on my user account, as it will also go on the other accounts. Is there any way to stop this, because i really need to download some programs which my sister doesn't want icons of. Please reply ASAP. Thanks :).

    Ok this can b done no problem install the program normally.

    2. Go to My Computer
    3. Go to Doccuments and settings
    4. Click on All Users
    5. Click on Desktop

    U should b able to find the icon there and when u doo just right click and cut it and paste it under the Desktop of ur Usere Account.
