ok.so windows xp weont load in normal mode only in safe mode.when i try in niormal mode the user accounts screen dosnt show up wheere u have to log in, it just stays black but the mouse clicker is there and u can see it, but nothing ever loads up so i have 2 use safe mode. right when you start up, just keep hitting F8 until a startup options screen comes up. choose the Start Windows Normally choice if there is one. hope this helped
