1.) Flip the Laptop over and unscrew the very center plate and remove it. There is only 1 screw.

2.) You will then see two screws near the back corners with keyboard logos on the laptop pointing to them. Unscrew them and remove them.

3.) Flip the laptop back over and open it. You will see 4 small tabs that sorta look like slivers of keys in between: Esc and F1, F4 and F5, F8 and F9, F12 and Delete. Slide these toward you, they should move about an 8th of an inch. Then you should be able to lift the top of the keyboard up and out and there will still be a cable attached so let it lay upside down on the mouse pad.

4.) You will see a battery to the lower left of where the keyboard use to be. A small 3/4 inch round style plugged into the board. Unplug the connecter from the mother board and wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in.

5.) Slide the keyboard back in, it has tabs on the bottom that slide down in first then push the top of the keyboard down and slide those moveable tabs back up into the slots.

6.) Plug the AC cable back in but DO NOT put they Main Laptop Battery back in. Turn on the laptop and press F10 when the load screen comes up. It should let you in with no password prompt. Create a new password or do not set one and Save and Exit and then hold the power button down when it reboots to turn it back off. Screw the 2 keyboard screws back into the bottom and slide the center plate back down in and screw it in. Put the main Laptop Battery back in and turn it on and you will be good to go.
