Hi can someone help i just built a new pc but i used my old hdd but when i start it up it give me the blue screen of death is ther a way around this or do i have to format and lose all my data.why did they do this? ,Bl..dy Microsoft
when changing a windows hd from 1 system to another that are not identical the windows will do that. do you have another hd to load windows on or connect that data hd as a slave to pull off the data but not installed programs you want to save.
