WinRAR Password

    i have this file that i added to winrar years ago and cant remember the password is there anyway around it

    There are several programs that can de-crypt the password from the password protected files, these are available, some free and some for a small price. There are 2 types of de-cryption one is Brute force attack and the other is an alphabetical approach. If you can be sure that the password will be a word/number and no special characters the latter would be the best way.

    Do a search on http://www.download.com for WinRar Password Cracker or something like that.
