What do you mean you don't get the point?

RAR usually compresses big files, by creating a RAR set.
(a series of compressed RAR files)
The set has the name xxxx.part1.rar, xxxx.part2.rar, etc.

When you uncompress them to recover the original big file,
you start with the part1, and the RAR program reads each successive
part until it gets to the last part, and your original file is
    recreated.

Your message mean you have a multi-RAR set, but you don't have part2.

It's a basic windows tool, used by many. Winzip and 7z are similar.
