    Hi:
I just bought a D-Link WBR-1310. I connected it to my desktop and I'm having no problems. But I tried to connect my laptop to the router, and even though the connection is in the wireless list of networks, if I
hit connect it will show me the "is connecting" icon but then it will come back to the same screen saying "not connected" besides the yellow star. I set it to WPA (basic), with an ascii passphrase. I still don't know what the problem is. Thanks for any help.

I checked the modem card in my laptop and notice that it says encryption WEP 64, so I changed the settings of the router to WEP 64. I tested it with a weak connection I found and it worked. Then I tried doing it again with my connection but it didn't work. The router is not the problem because a friend of my got connected to that router and didn't have any problem.
Please, any help will be appreciated.
