I'm considering buying a wireless router and a wireless xbox online game adaptor so i can play xbox online wirelessly but i need some help.

I want a router and a modem in one and i want to be able to play my xbox online without my pc turned on. These are the wireless modem/routers i could find for ADSL (which is what i've got)

    http://shopping.kelkoo.co.uk/b/a/ss_adsl_router_modem_wireless.html

and this is the xbox game adaptor i've been looking at

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=20385&item=8192359818&rd=

Will any of the wireless modem/routers work with the xbox wireless online adaptor and and will i get a strong signal if i have my xbox and modem/router set up like this

    Thanks in advance

As stated, make sure it is a router with a built in ADSL modem.

This will allow you to just leave your router switched and therefore turning off other devices when they are not in use.

I use a DLINK one (not for xbox though) and it remains on 24/7.

You could also plum for wireless aswell, but make sure you get the 'G' version if you do so you capitalise on the better transfer rates..............
