WMA encoder to MP3

what is the best wma encoder that lets you change wma's to mp3 format. i have tried many programs but windows restricts me to carry out this opperation.

Just be aware you might lose some sound quality in the conversion, so unless you HAVE to convert them it is probably best to leave it as it is, even though it is wma.

 

in most cases it will lose quality.

 

JetAudio has always worked best when I convert WMA to MP3. Keeps the same quality sound, with equal or lower file size.
