wma to mp3

    I want to convert wma audio to mp3 I was told soundforce would do it but when tried didnt work, and was told that i need a recording programm and do it from my desktop.. all alien to me please can you help, i want to download some of my music and send it, but when i do the other peeps cant open it!!!
