Windows Media Player plays all flv format videos.... but it plays these videos backwards! They are also upside down, AND mirrored, all at the same time, for every FLV I try. I uninstalled all codecs, then installed the FFDShow codec pack, that didnt work. I also tried the single PlayFLV codec, but nothing works at all. It is very strange. I know I can forget about WMP and play all FLV files perfectly in VLC Player instead, but I would like them to work in WMP, or at least figure out why they are playing backwards. thanks for any help
When you installed FFDSHOW, did you verify that FLV1 was enabled. I don't think it is enabled by default. You access the configuration from the Start menu.
